After working with airlines like British Airways and KLM, she started her own corporate travel agency - MOD Travel, in the early 90s. Under her leadership, UNIGLOBE in India is making independent agencies aware of the marketing tools, customer servicing systems and cost saving technologies for meeting the evolving customer needs, a concept hitherto that never existed in India.
Ankur is a business transformation leader with over eighteen years of experience as a visionary, designing blueprints and roadmaps in the technology and travel domain. As a strategy expert, he has transformed and optimised various functions in the course of his professional career, his most recent stints with American Express Global Business Travel and Amadeus included.
Ankur has had the opportunity to be at the helm of complex multinational change management programs. His Masters in Business and Masters in Computers, put him at a unique vantage point, and one can find him wearing multiple hats, be it design thinking, lean six sigma or project management.
